シイタケ
2年前に高校１年生が植菌したホダ木からシイタケが発生していました。数日続いた雨で一気に成長したようです。このような原木栽培では春と秋の年２回収穫することができます。
The "Shiitake (シイタケ)" mushrooms are growing on the bed logs, which the 10 th grade students inoculated 2 years ago. The mushrooms have grown rapidly because of the rain for the past few days. The "Shiitake" mushrooms that grow on bed logs in this way can be harvested twice a year, which is in the spring and the fall.
